Become the backbone of any organization by becoming proficient at analyzing numbers and accounting structure patterns.
The Canadian Accounting Fundamentals program at ILAC IC explores the roles and responsibilities of accountants in a Canadian setting and provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to start their accounting careers. This program focuses on all aspects of accounting in a comprehensive setting and includes courses on electronic accounting, payroll, Canadian tax principles, business math, business administration tools & more.
Graduates will gain practical skills required for all accounting professionals and have the option of
doing a paid work placement (co-op) in Canada.
This program has been approved by the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills. ILAC IC Programs are not eligible for Post-Graduation work permits (PGWP).

Co-op Work Experience
During the co-op term, students practice the knowledge learned in class and gain Canadian work experience in the accounting field. During the co-op students have the opportunity to develop professional contacts in their industry and enhance their rĂ©sumĂ©s. ILAC IC’s Co-op advisors offer support throughout the placement process. Students can work full-time during the co-op component.

Working in Canada While You Study
Full-time students who qualify are permitted to work off-campus part-time during their study component and full-time during scheduled breaks and their co-op term.
