Margot is a recent graduate from our Service Essentials for Business Diploma with Co-op program. Coming from France, Margot has held previous internships in Customer Service but had to adjust to the cultural differences abroad. “What I learned this year will inevitably influence my future, as I learned my life is abroad, not in France” “Thanks to the program I was able to create a professional resume and cover letter, prepare for an interview and professional questions …   And all this in English” “I learned a lot from my internship in Canada, the way of working in here is so different from what I was used to in France. From my first day at ILAC International College, the staff has always been available to students, and they are always ready to help and prepare us for the workplace. Our teachers gave us advice, guided us, and motivated us. One of my teachers even helped me find an internship working for a marketing and communications company, and I now know that this is the career path for me.” “One of my favourite things about studying at ILAC International College was the relationships I built.
